Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
