Clearpath Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
