Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Loom Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
