Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
