Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
