Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
