Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Wren Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
