Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
