Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 839 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
