Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
