Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
