Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
