Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
