Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
