Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Keystone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
