Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Fox Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Diego, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
