Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Pine Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Diego, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
