Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Sacramento with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
