Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
