Silverline Vista Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience.
