Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Rochester, NY)

Bright Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Rochester supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting.
