Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
