Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Rochester design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
