Bright Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
