Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Forge Arts Center and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
