Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Cedar Basin Arts Center is an arts centre in Las Vegas with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
