Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Learning Group Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
