Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
