Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in San Antonio with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
