Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Birch Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
