What you will do • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
