Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Austin supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
