Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Arts Center is an arts centre in Fort Worth with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
