Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
