Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Loom Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 839 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
