Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
