Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fern Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
