Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Iron Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
