Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 317 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
