Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Sacramento presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
