Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Seattle, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
