Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Cedar Loom Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
