Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Housing Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
