Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Silverline Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
