Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Oklahoma City presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
