Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
