Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Northwind Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
