Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
