Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
