Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
